This treatment acts as a vehicle to make the ultimate mind and body connection. The effects of hot stone massage can help clear the senses and create an overall sense of oneself.

craniosacral therapy
This is a very gentle form of bodywork. The Craniosacral therapist listens with a light touch and evaluates the craniosacral rhythm.The Craniosacral rhythm is a pulse that reflexes from the membrane of the central nervous system to all the connective tissues in the body. The therapist moves with the client's tissue strains while facilitating the release of accumulated tensions. The client feels a melting of the tissues and a deep relaxation. It is possible to let go of holdings very deep or very old in the body.

acupuncture
Acupuncture is recognized by the National Institute of Health (NIH) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to be effective, drugless, non-invasive treatment for medical conditions including sinusitis, tension headaches, low back pain, digestive disorders (irritable bowel syndrome), PMS and menopausal symptoms, occupational and/or sports injuries and many other conditions. Chronic conditions may require a treatment plan. A complimentary phone consultation is offered to determine if acupuncture is an appropriate treatment for you.
